Island Fishing

Just wondering if anyone could suggest a river to fish for Springs on the Island .Going over tomorrow ,fishing the Stamp on Sun ,Mon with guided drift boat for coho but can retain any springs.Thats leaves all day Sat and half a day Tues to fish another river any suggestions?

Don't know if any rivers are open to retention of Chinook yet. I hope not. A few have started to show at Nitinat, but not enough to interest the army of snaggers that will assault it in a few weeks.

You are pretty much Hosed for springs. There are only a few Rivers with Retention for salmon and they are all regulated pretty tight... Stamp is one of the best and its closed..

Have fun on the Stamp, its a great river. Just dont thing about Chinook ,,,,, its easier that way! lol
