Been fishing there for many years now, fishing is good. I have been getting lots around the loops trolling with UV wedding bands and small flashers. Hope that helps, i would join u but thinking of hunting 3-15 Sunday, Monday.

why would you choose there?
not that it's terrible, but why would you want to be right beside the coq?
millions of better lakes that have better fish.

we figured it would be kinda central area 3-19 and gonna do some scouting for hunting and its kinda in the middle of the general area and why not put the skiff in the lake for a few hours a day

Are you trolling gear or flies? might help narrow it down.

try dragging your gear from the goat launch across the lake and then follow the shore away from the lodge. Troll with wedding band and worm will work well. If fly fishing, the weed beds either side of the beach area in both directions always produced for me. This lake is stocked every year and you can look forward to good fish up to 2 or so pounds with an occasional bigger fish. the campsite has been razed courtesy of the pine beetle so it is very open compared to long ago in my youth but still a nice place to stay if somewhat more public than I would like. if you have time, hit Jocko Lake if you still can.....it is nearby and will likely be drained due to a mine going in nearby.....some huge fish in this lake upwards of 10 + pounds is not uncommon...
