The person who adopts this dog will have to do some work initially. It is critical to socialize a dog when it is young. By socialization I mean taking it out for walks in parks, meeting other dogs, and interacting with other people. Bit of work in the beginning but in the end you end up with a well rounded pet.

Would love to have Daisy but small kids and cats are going to be a problem. We have a cat that thinks she owns us and there are kids in and out of our house all the time.

Has Daisy found a home? We have two kids, but also have another GSP who is great with our kids, is Daisy not friendly to kids or is it the tempermeant of GSPs that concerns you?

I tried to get a dog from that area named Daisy. If this is the same dog, She is beautiful. All liver color with one leg that is all flick colored half way down.
