Go out to Mission Rod and Gun club. They have literally garbage buckets FULL of them you can have as many thousand of them that you want.

The best thing about getting them from a gun range is the variety of colors you will find. I have made these in the past and they are a big hit.

I have wanted to do this for some time. What are you using for lights? I was hoping to find some bright white LED's. Would you be drilling the base and putting the light in the primer pocket or simply through the open end of the hull? While easier putting the light in the open hull end, the light would hang base down and I always thought it would be better base up with the open hull facing down because it would throw more light.
