there's a fine line between trying to "help" and trying to "sell" - especially when it comes to detailed items such as reloading components... I believe much of this place focuses on the sell - not actually understanding what you need or want...

$199 for the Ruger 30-06 is insanely cheap! Off to pick one up for a buddy today. Just bought a Jet Boil from Cabellas, after shipping etc it worked out to $150, Grouse River has them for $99!!! Damn.... I bought the Vortex Talons HD 10x42 from them last year, the Diamond backs were night and day difference. I found they were almost an effort to look through them. Big difference, I bucked up a bit more for the Talons and am damn happy I did.

I work for a kelowna based retail chain. I know how hard it is for us little guys to compete with the big guys! I can promise you I have zero affiliation other then buying their products. I'm sure they are a big enough operation for what I do but yes I would take a job. Are they looking for an equipment tester? That sako 375 looks like it might need some testing.
