Tika 300 wsm ammo

I have heard that Tika's are fairly forgiving with what kind of ammo they shoot and I have been shooting fusion for my Tika 300wsm was wondering if anyone with a tika has had any luck with any other ammo im not super happy with fusion, I know every gun is different just looking for a starting point to try out.

I have the same gun and the fusions are crap for it. I cannot get a good grouping with them.

X2 on the 180 accubonds, my gun shoots 1/2" MOA with them

That's interesting because I've shot just about everything out of my T3 300wsm and the 180 fusions are one of if not the best grouping ammo so far. As an added bonus they are lot's cheaper than other "better" bullets.

I tried almost every brand of ammo most shot 11/2" to 2" groups which I wasn't happy with. Switched to the Nosler trophy 180's in the accubond and groups less than 1" at 100 but at 300 I have shoot 2" with to 21/2" groups fairly consistantly. Its just finding what your rifle likes, and what your happy with.

Nosler trophy grade is my favourite recipe for that gun.

Mine shoots Federal Vital Shok with the180 Barnes MRX bullet very well.but $85 a box.

I have 3 tikkas Lm 270win 30.06 300wsm 300wsm likes tsx 180gr I get hole in hole with them but I think they stopped making them. 165 ttsx works, an fusion all touching holes.30.06 165gr trophy grade ammo, 270 130gr trophy grade ammo all touching holes.

I tried various in my tikka 300 wsm before I sold it, and Barnes Vor-tx 150 grain ttsx were the most accurate. Fusions weren't great in mine is 165gr or 180 gr.
