Shot this fella Monday near Quesnel on a hunt with Willyqbc & Swamper. .270 @ 200yrds.

Good going, that would be hard to tell it's a buck in failing light.

Thanks guys - I didn't save the cape (and couln't aford it anyways) but I'm going to but the rack on the wall for sure - he's a little fella, but just such an oddball I think he deserves some wall space :D

Maybe the Buck is a new speices, "mulbou". Its interesting what nature produces. Nice buck however you look at it.
Good eye spoten that one. should be good eatin nice buck.

Nice Buck! He'll be good eating. I've seen bigger non-typicals,But never a smaller buck with unique antlers. Thats a neat buck,Congrats!

It was hard to tell it was a buck in good light, it started out about 75 yards from us and I was watching through the binocs tellin Amphib buck....no doe.....no buck, depending on which way his head was facing!!! Finally had a real good look when he skylined at about 200 yds and Colin dropped him like a bad habit!

I was there a few minutes after collin got it and we all decided that he was just doing his bit to " cull " the herd.
And NO i have't got my buck yet either but only using a bow.

Definitely one of a kind....I wonder was it an antler deformation or injury caused to the antler during formation. Base attachment to the skull should suggest one or the other.
