Stone/Elk Hunt 5 Sleeps

Have been planning and prepping for this for several months now. Heading out this weekend for two weeks to chase Stone Sheep and Elk. The pack has been loaded for weeks. It is down to right around 50lbs for 6 days. I have been running around in the local hills regularly to get used to the pack and strengthen the legs and back. A little fine tuning on the rifle still to do, but there's still time. Final preparations and one more checking of the pack to ensure I'm not forgetting anything. Can't wait!

When you've been here as long as I have I need a break. I haven't seen Alex' quad yet but I'm sure we'll be out sometime soon

Short time at the range tonight, six shots easily covered by a credit card, even after adjusting for being an inch right of center at 100yds. Will tighten that up a bit more in a day or two
