As we approach the start of another goose season, lets hear what make and model goose call(s) you like and why. Happy pre-planning 👍.

Perfect! Just got the traffic a month or so ago. I also bought the atomic G off of Mattchu and that seemed to work well all last season.

My Blacktail short reed is a great sounding call and for a production call I love my Buck Gardner Canada Hammer, great range and tone.

Lovin my Tim Grounds Super Mag in acrylic. Buried many honkers in the last couple years. Its definately on the LOUD side tho haha. Im kinda interested the Winglock Delrin call for softer tones?

Gonna try traffic out and see if we can't get a traffic jam! Seems to be pretty popular. Not sure if I'll get out for the early hunt or not. Gotta get ready for the Alaska Highway 😃

Go with a winglock walnut if you want softer tones (dirt cheap too if I remember). Wood = softer. Winglock calls kill geese but they are pretty limited in range IMO. For the money if you are looking for a DEEP growly goosey call in delrin, get the GK giant slayer.

There is a lot of BS on this site about calling geese!! Buy a call ,any call, get their attention, hide yourself well, be where they want to be,set your decoys close enough for clean kills and you are good to go!!!!!!!!!! I manage to kill the odd one, so just go for it?????:-D
Cheers---Field Marshal.

I don't think 3 1/2 and expensive are in Tony's vocabulary. He seems to get a "few" birds with 2 3/4 Cheap Reds somehow:confused: lol
