29-15 open or closed?

Was hoping to hit the bar fishing around derby or two bit this weekend but the dfo site shows closed and open at same time????? http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/rec/tidal-maree/fraser-eng.html

if any of you know if it's actually open pls let me know,
If nothing I'll call dfo friday.

I believe the fraser is open as of july 27.. watch your species and bait bans tho
