holmes river elk

is there many elk along the holmes river? 7-3. if so, where would they be in october? up high in the alpine? in the thick down low? moving much? do ya figure calling might still be effective come first week of october?
anyone have pics of their Omineca elk

Very few Elk in the Holmes river ,thay are all in the main vally on privit property
