Good priced clothing, Lowermainland?

Coming down for a week and wanted to know if there are any good shops for clothing, hunting and back packing gear, other than wholesale and big box stores.
Any Military surplus or mom and pop stores around?

Valhalla Pure isn't exactly big box, and is a BC company. They have good stuff but it isn't exactly cheap. Stuff like Arcteryx and Patagonia.

You could also try the Arcteryx factory as they often have 30-50% off on select gear.

Taiga also has good valued gear made in Van (last time I checked).
