Hey everyone my friend was lucky enough to draw the Indian river elk tag, ill be hunting with him, but neither of us have been in the area before, looks like the best way in is up Indian arm by boat. Any info on access and where the elk might be or any additional info would be great.

Here's a start. Heard through the grapevine that the reason for his failure was a certain user group went in a week or so before, and stirred them up a bit.

I was lucky enough to get the other indian arm elk draw! I was curious on how the hunt went last year?

stixnstones had the draw, not myself. If I remember correctly, he did not tag out.

I wouldn't mind talking to you about how you got up there and if you saw the heard ! How low the snow line is in October up there.

My Buddy and I were coming down from the Grouse Grind Saturday on the tram and spotted a lone bull Elk underneath:
Any guess if it was a Squamish or Indian River? In any case quite impressive...
