West Harrison Elk Calf

Saw this calf all by itself. Its was on West Harrison! The newly transplanted herd is +1, hopefully. It was all alone, I managed to shoo it off the road, had a logging truck coming up behind me. Had enough time to get a picture with my cell, good camera is broken

I saw that herd while out bear hunting in May. Took me a while to register what I was actually seeing as I was not expecting to see elk at all. Very cool to see!
