Prawning area near James/Sidney Island

For the last couple of years I have been dropping my boat out in Brentwood Bay and have had some great success prawning but very limited success crabbing. Recently I have been dropping the boat out at Island View Beach and have had some good success crabbing but have not found a good looking prawning area. I prefer putting the boat in at Island View, as its closer and free but would like to try and find a relatively close by prawning area.
Anyone have any luck prawning around there? How far do you have to travel from Island View Beach to have success for prawns?
I appreciate the pointers!
