Does anyone know of a butcher in Trail or Rossland that would process a bear at this time of year? Need some local contacts ASAP.

It's steeleco.

I don't understand why the hate on for threads about meat cutters??
It is about as hunting related as it gets.

No thumbs Pete or three fingers Johnny are well experienced meat cutters, they've been doing the band saw for years.

Due to a long ago threat of a law suit to Marc and the site we mods agreed to make up a list and share it via e-mail.

I now have a list for the mainland and the island. But the island list is far from complete as I get little to no intel on island cutters from members. The mainland list is very concise!!
So before I close this thread, I'll ask again, if you know a cutter and don't think they're on either list send me the info to steeleco@gmail.com and I'll add them if needed.
