Wayne: Here are a few more pictures. What's your guess on this 4 point white tail with a bit of junk? The cougar was done on a gold pan for me by Val Dahl of Horsefly.http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg68/pagerid/P1040403800x600.jpghttp://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg68/pagerid/P1040403800x600.jpghttp://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg68/pagerid/P1040403800x600.jpg

That,s a dandy WT my guess is 155 maybe 160 if I had them antlers they would be on a head of a deer.

Good guess wayne but your a little off. He scores 175 3/8 NT . Not bad for a 4 point. He is mine but I didn't shoot him. If I come up with a good cape he just might get mounted.

I was shown this wt. several years ago by the old fellow that shot it. He passed away a few years back , So I inquired to the person handling his estate about this buck because the old guy was very proud of it. He had no local family and was concerned it would get chucked. Anyway several months later I was given the horns. As what seems to be common in the old days the horns had been painted dark and shiny finished ,So I stripped & refinished them back to what I think is normal. This deer was shot in Ontario in 1947.
