Leaving for Zambia on Tuesday! Will post results when I can... My son has left already to visit relatives in France and will join up with my wife and I in London and then off to Lusaka. Also looking forward to visiting Victoria Falls after the hunt.

Just an FYI, you are treated differently, as a Canadian, at Zimbabwa's border. You pay more for entry and no dual entry visas, cash in US bills only.
Better to fly into Botswana and do a day trip to Vic Falls. The Falls is spectacular, but that's all there is there.

My bro just got back from Uganda he took all the pills shots ect.. And somehow still got malaria, not fun. Make sure you bring lots of bug spray

Check to make sure there are no barrel obstructions and you're using the right ammo, you can never be too safe. Good luck. Shoot a big sable!
