Black bear: 30-30 or 308?

First time, I have 170 gr 30-30 and 150 gr 308 rem core lokt. Which will be better for a sub 100 m shot on bear? Will be shooting a lever action rifle for both calibers. 336 and 99

Which one do you shoot better. That's the one to take. The 308 has more umph, but they'll both kill.
