Hey, I'm new to boat ownership out here. I have a 12 foot heavy car topper. Are there an free launches into the nicomekl. Or are there any accessible areas to wheel the boat in off a road?

I appreciate any advice thanks!

I dont really know where you would like to go but you could try off K.George hwy first right after hwy 99 going south and right after the little one way bridge.

Just going for a ride right? The Nik is closed to fishing april 1 - june 30 and no fishing from powered boats above the dyke gates all year round. The ramp Apollonius referenced is free but parking is pretty tight. Doable though

Yeah no fishing, but trying to get my ducks in a row for July. I don't want to end up skunked for spots then.

And are you referencing beside Elgin st, close to the esso by crescent road?

are there any good spots into the serpentine?

what about Blackie Spit?

Yup near the esso. Haven't fished the serpentine so can't help you there, but I launch a canoe at 168th on the nic too
