I posted a link to my rabbit/hare deboning video in my Hare Pesto Linguini recipe, but I figured it might as well be over in this section, too.

I plan to make more videos when snowshoe hare season opens up again...

Enjoy!

I've had several people (not just my family) tell me that it is the best pasta dish they have had in Kamloops. Perhaps not a difficult accomplishment, but either way, it is a very, very tasty dish! :D

Great video though

Thanks!

Now to complete the series, post a video of you making the pesto from the beginning and then we'll be all good to go.

It's a really easy recipe, but yeah someday maybe I'll make a video of it. I'd like to do a series of "field-to-plate" sort of stuff...

Sounds like you've got yourself a pretty sweet hare hunting spot!! I've only shot them in the early season.
Would be a god spot to do some predator calling, too.

I can't debone my hares as my daughter loves to growl as she ripping the flesh off the bone!
