Never mind I found it. Good work folks. http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:upSZgWgLrwMJ:https://delta.civicweb.net/Documents/DocumentDisplay.aspx%3FId%3D88840+DISCHARGE+TOWARD S+LAND+AMENDMENTS+BYLAW+NO.+7199&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&client=seamonkey-a

"No discharge towards land". Anyone here involved with this and can comment? I assume that the Bylaw changes made by Delta Council April 15th were vetted through the Delta Hunting Advisory Committee? I came across this as I was researching the closure of the Delta side of Scott Rd to firearms businesses.

Bylaw 7199
DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS REGULATION AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 2155, 1974 AMENDMENT (MAP AND NO DISCHARGE TOWARDS LAND AMENDMENTS) BYLAW NO. 7199, 2013

Paul This change was suggested by the committee to alleviate the problem of steel shot landing on the greenhouse at the end of 64th St and breaking the glass panels. ( we have seen the evidence) We also suggested this change across the area that houses the golf course at the end of 72nd St. (Just seemed to make sense here) As for the changes on Scott Rd, there are no gun shops in this area anyways. Council just doesn't want Whalley moving across to North Delta as Surrey moves to revitalize their new City Center in Whalley

Thanks Mark. I did figure it out shortly after I asked the (dumb) question. On the other matter, I am not in favour of the Scott Rd closure to firearms sales. I did post about that one on another thread.
