lets share recipes here, I would love to learn some new ones,
I've really only cooked it one way, breast meat wrapped in beef bacon, seasonings and baked in the oven with butter,
leftovers next day usually go into a Caesar salad,

has anybody had success with a deep fryer?

Talk to brez and bcbrez. They shared a good one with me last night that I can't quite remember all the details to.

I usually do one at least one breast by slicing it midway making a big flat single piece, then tenderizer and flatten it with a mallet Spead dressing over the entire butterflied breast then roll it into a log and tie it up with butcher string. Butter or crisco over the top with a few spices, cook with an inch or so of chicken stock till done.. great leftovers for sandwiches too.. Legs and thighs, slow cooker..

So far every turkey that I have shot has been taken in to be made into a ham and smoked...tastes great.
