Hey all,

Does anyone know the current status of access to Tucho and Hottah lake? I am assuming there is a drivable (ATV/unimog) road in at least as far as the Kutcho mining project. I know people that have gone into the Boulder City area. Any info on going past towards Tucho?

I have heard that some of the river crossings can be a problem... possibly requiring a make shift atv raft.

Tucho lake seems to be in a pretty interesting fringe range for sheep and seems like it would get little to no resident pressure due to all of the hotspots north - northeast. Likely decent goat and good caribou/moose too. Judging by my canoe trip down the Turnagain River (23 moose in the first 24 hours).

You might have more luck asking something along the lines of "how much would you rent your wife out for"?

are there any float planes that fly out of mackenzie or somewhere along the Williston lake?
could be a great place to fly from- much closer drive for many and not too long of a plane ride.

Tim Brown is the only guy I know of... Fresh Air Freight and Charters. He's from PG but flys out of Black lake out by Kemmes mine. Best way to contact him is phone 250 967 4378 (tel:250%20967%204378). He has a decent hourly rate
