I have seen lots of goats in all my mountain travels. Where are you located how mush time do you have. Lots of goats around the tree sisters and mount Bisaro.

Three Sisters is a good place. Watched them for a bit last year. The trail up had a stinky grizzly kill on it so we never ventured up...lol. Good luck!
