Good thread, living in the lower wasteland where the skunk cabbage is already up and trees are blossoming it gets me yearning for some hunting, it'd be nice to seem some bears on the circuit....

Saw 2 grizzlies just east of Kamloops the other day just off the highway. I walked about 200 yards and got within 5 yards of them. I did not have my camera with me as I do not like taking pictures at the wildlife park.

I heard about 3 weeks ago people seeing bears in town here in Quesnel, I thought no way. 3 nights ago something got into the garbage. I was picking up trash cursing the local dogs when I see some bear tracks in the mud by the house. Dead or alive I'll have pics.

A sow with two cubs was wandering through a friends comples in Maple ridge yesterday. I will ask if anybody took any pics.
