Cry lake info?

Im looking for a spot to take my old grandpa for a moose/caribou hunt. Im thinking a lake that we could cruise, how is Cry Lake for an old man and a fat guy. Anyone been there, was there any game and how was the fishing?

Never hunted there but using google earth shows you that it's a long ways up to hunt caribou. Moose can probably be found at lake level.

good fishing & moose not bad. caribou you will have to climb unless lucky catch one crossing the lake.

Head the other direction to the Kawdy flatter country more suitable to old fat guys.

crys not too bad but you may have a tough time if you are taking an old guy and one fat guy?? Once you have one of this big moose on the ground and more times than not they don't drop lakeside, you may have your work cut out for you. Taking old guys hunting I think is AWSOME!! but it may be a good idea that you bring someone along with a strong back and who can help.
