All right I know you interior boys probably laughed at the size of the big ol island 2 point post! Show me the power! Bring on your biggest throwback 2 or 3 on top mulie kills and sheds. I know there must be some lunkers out there, not mentioning any names! I've got one shed that would score around 150 as a 2 up with brows if the other side was the same. 26 inch main beam, 5 6/8 on the bases, 2 4/8 on the brows and 16 on the G2's.
There is some bucks in BC that score over 175 as three on tops. Show me what you got! I'll post up the shed when I can!

Ya but ya used to! Hey Rick's got a section in his book on it. Ya think Brauners buck that goes 187 net as a three up is a sh*tter. How bout Henry's that goes 185 net as a three up. Just a thought. C'mon don't hold out on me I know ya got one or two in with the kindling.

JMac, here is some of mine. The big 3 point ive found a lot of sheds off of, i think im up to 7 or 8 now. His biggest set goes between 175-180". The other buck is just a monster 2 point, that grew into an ugly 3.

I don't have the rack anymore, but it was the biggest 2x2 mulie that I had ever seen. As far as a score I would have to guess around 140ish. Shot him about 15 years ago in the Elk Valley.

Awesome Matt. Hey I'm interested in big ol ugly deer. Regardless of score I think they're unique. Keep bringing em on!

I've seen some absolute giant 2's and 3's over the years. Might have some pics somewhere. I'll have a look tonight. I watched one 2x3 for 3 years that was an honest 33 inches wide. don't think he was a regressed buck, just really shitty antler genetics is all. I think most guys would have dropped him in a heartbeat.
I saw a Hawg this year that had to have 27 inch mains. Huge, deep back forks, but his G4's where only 2 inches long max. Easily was a 170 class buck as he was. Sat and watched him for over 30 mins 40 yards from me. Glad I made the right decision and passed on him.

See I knew you were holdin out. Years back, I liked the armada of toads ya had lined up on the farm fencepost myself. Scrounge up some sh*tty ol ugly, don't score worth a hill of beans buck and antler photos.

How doy ou shed hunt, just go out into the bush where you feel there is some nice bucks and walk through the bush looking for sheds? It is probably a stupid to most of you, but would you just walk back and forth through an area, Im clueless really!

Symon,
That pic has been around for several years on the net. It is a real buck from Utah but it's been messed with to make it look bigger. Look between the rack and notice the pixals are all out of place. The wall on the building in the background doesn't match up either.

Here's a 3x4 I filmed several years ago. 33 inches wide and scores over 180.

This buck was a 4 point but I'd consider him to be basically a big Forky. Really flat laying. 32-33 inches wide.

My biggest was a DD, oops sorry not that type of thread! I've actually only found sheds of a moose and one of an elk, porcupines probly get to them before me! I'll dig out the sheds on the moose, 52" spread roughly (depending on location on the skull), neat though.8)

I just put a big 2x3 me and a hunter killed a few years ago. it's in the gallery, he was a hybrid aswell and would never become a 4x4. i was glad to get him out of the gene pool. the hunter wanted him over a few 160 class 4x4's

Don't worry dana. We all know we hone all of our hunting skills over the years, including picture taking:wink: . Myself included:redface: .
My buddy nailed a big 3x2 up at L.Peaks several years ago. I saw a big 3x2 in the same area a year earlier back in the 4 pt season that had a huge frame on him. The genetics are definitely up there.

Is that buck of Dana's a regress or is it a genetic 3pt? Hard to tell from this angle. 8)

dana

That buck had virtually no teeth left. Of all the bucks I've killed he had one of the biggest bodies too. Hard to tell from the pic but the one side is all twisted and was a 3 point as well. Was really funky looking. Killed that buck at 8 paces after I jumped him up out of his bed while I was GPSing a proposed block. First week of Oct and the first snow of the year in the ESSF. And yes, I have learned to take better pics over the years. And no, I don't wear the Cowboy hat and $hitkickers any more.

Glad to hear that he was an OAP'r and would have warmed some cat's belly that winter. Sounds like a cool gig, scouting, hunting, and working all at once!

Yea, it's got it's perks but when you are drenched to the core after a month of straight rain, getting absolutely chewed by bugs, or slogging it up to your nuts in snow with the misery sticks on, it kinda looses it's glamour.
