Here's a buck that I got a couple years ago with three antlers. I didn't even know he was within a couple hundred yards of me with 2 does. He was chasing them through mature timber in the middle of the day. All three deer appeared right after I had called and the buck soon left them and came right to within 20 yds of me. There was 2 other does 30 yds to my left, but he ignored them. He came in at a full run with a new deer grunt call I found online from Wilson Game Calls. The call is different than most because it has metal in the reed which gives a ticking sound as it grunts. The buck was grunting at me the whole time and he sounded just like my call, with the ticking and grunting at the same time. I never had a buck respond this well with the True Talker call I had used for years. Bucks I call now don't even bother to circle downwind like they usually did with the True Talker. Last year, I called in a buck as soon as he was done breeding a doe. This call is awesome!
Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else has got a buck like this with more than 2 anlters.

Cool rack, I'd guess that's "non typical" LOL

Cool rack, I've never shot one but have seen plenty of pic's of whitetails with 3 main beams. likely a good buck to take out of the gene pool.

Cool buck!

I mounted a deer in velvet a little while ago with a cool 'unicorn' point that was about 9" long, but would love to shoot something with an extra main beam with points, etc! Non-typical stuff is cool for sure!

I don't think it would score very well, it's not very heavy. Just a one in a life time, I guess. Never know for sure though. :) That's another reason I like hunt'n so much.
He had a crooked hoof on the back leg on the opposite side as the deformed rack. I've heard that an injury on a back leg can cause an antler on the opposite side to develope in a deformed way. I don't understand why it would do this though.
Here's the great call I've used with a lot of success. Well worth ordering one, or more. http://www.wilsongamecalls.com/products.htm Tell him Nolan sent you.

Only 2 main beam measurements can count for the score so the third doesn't help the score sheet, scoring aside that is a very nice buck!

I think scores would be meaningless on a buck like this. I just had to get it mounted without even thinking about scores. Sounds like all of you would agree.

Different for sure very cool I have seen a few similar to your buck I have never shot one like the buck you got but I did shoot a elk like your buck this elk had 3 antlers on its skull very weird looking elk antlers this bull cam running into my elk call just like your WT did ???? maybe these weird antler growth animals are sexed up more so then that of animals with normal growth ??.

I think this happens when the animal has had some kind of injury to the opposite side of the body, Hit by a car or something like that .
I have killed 2 weard bucks like this in the past both had broken bones on the opposite side of the body.

Nice buck, when I first read I thought you meant that it actually had three bases...does it? I have seen a whitey skull with two big non-typical antlers and a little 4-5 inch sticker/antler protruding from the center of the skull...weird. Ill try to find a pick on my phone or something and post it up.

Very nice looking mount.

It just has 2 bases. It was a little tricky to skin out under that antler that comes down his face. The skin was almost pinched in there.

It's well named, the Executioner. Hand made with wood for a natural sound by a guy that uses them and knows what a deer sounds like.
Well worth it!

Nice double mainbeam whitey! Looks sweet!
I killed a double mainbeam muley in 2010. He was an old regressed buck. I had actually picked up a shed off of him from 05 where the double mainbeam was on his opposite side.

Cool looking deer .
I've heard of cactus bucks , and I've seen 4 horned goats and sheep , but thats the first time I've seen healthy looking antlers like that .
I'd be tempted to use them to rattle , just to confuse every one .

Two years ago I shot one that was a 3 point on one side and a single drop down tine on the other side that was in the deer's eye (poor guy never even saw me coming due to his blind spot!). Would love to upload the picture but it's not working. If anyone would like to see it or post it for me PM your email. Cheers.
