Kamloops area goose/duck hunting?

Apparently I posted this in the wrong section earlier, my apologies. Anyone on here hunt geese or duck in the Kamloops area? I have never done it and don't know anyone that has or does. Are the ducks and geese around this area any good eating? Anyone hunting this spring goose season? I wouldn't mind trying it out but don't really know what to do or where to start. Anyone willing to have me tag along some time?

I am novice to geese also, but I am going to try this weekend 8,9,10th. It's still cold out, but I have seen many more in the area these past few days. I have an area in mind, PM me and we can give it a shot...
