a good way to enjoy last spring

Canned brook trout melt on fresh homemade bread...home canned dill and bread and butter pickles. MMMMMM!!! I usually mix a little mayo and onion together with the canned trout along with some shredded cheese sprinkle paprika and a pinch of parsley. grill.
