Got my skull back 😃👍

I got my skull for my spring bear back today and I am pumped. The smaller skull is for my first bear/firs kill ever(blonde bear) and the much larger skull is from this springs bear(blackie)
the big skull went 19+ witch I was told is BC book 👍. What does a guy gotta do to get it entered and what do you get for making the book??

The BC Records Book gives us an idea on how the species entered, stands up to its counterparts from other regions in BC as well as other parts of the world.
And lets not kid ourselves, it makes for some great reading too.

All animals aren't built the same even if they share the same name.


So I'd vote for entering it and all animals that are eligible.

If me I would get this bigger skull measured as soon as you can the skull will continue to shrink as the months and years go by ,,I never thought on getting a bear I shot scored 25 years ago I finally said I should get it scored just to see what this skull would measurer up at ,,after 25 years on the shelf I got it scored it went 18,15/16 I missed the book by 1/6 of an inch.

The official scorer said to me if you had brought this skull in after the drying period this skull would had made the the BC record book so like I said if you want to get this skull measured do it as soon as you can ,,,the skulls you have from the bears look great very nice workmanship on both skulls ,congrats..

The skulls look really good when done in that fashion. Much easier to keep than a more elaborate piece.
