Finally getting around to getting some moose sausage made and find out my usual guy has passed away. Bummer ...
Any recomendations and/or phone # for the Lower Mainland?

Once you are over 50 it is a partner for life and good health. Nothing else comes close.

They are a bit pricey but I really like Ennis Meats in Langley... I am chewing on the last of my deer pepperoni right now.

Penguins sausage is made by Dave Ennis, formerly of Ennis Meats. I agree, he makes excellent sausage. K

My guess would be Weiner Willy in Ladner, he died a short time ago! K

x2 on Penguin Meats. I get the breakfast sausage made and i cant keep enough in the freezer. I did not know that dave went to penguins? I used get my sausage done by ennis meats when he worked there but had problems with there service ever since he left and have not been back . Thats why there sausage is soooo good at penguins.
