I think it's spelled missezzula lk. I don't know about Burbot but I have caught carp in there. Ps that is my camping spot for my early archery season ;)

According to MOE's FISS (Fisheries Information Summary System) site, there are no Brbot in the lake.

Been fishing Missezula for years and no Burbot. Never caught one or heard of one. It's a very poor fishing lake (trout anyway). Long and deep and not nutrient rich. Skinny fish but tons of shit fish. Fun for sucker fishing with the kids through the ice.

i would doubt they are in there.
don't most lakes they are found in have a main river source?
i still wouldn't rule it out though, anything is possible.

and i sure wouldn't take bcadventure.com or even moe as the gospel either.
i'm kinda surprised missezula lake doesn't have better fishing.
beautiful lake, but way too many people.

Vinson creek and a few others run into the lake and Summers creek leaves the lake to the Similkameen.

Seen fish on the finder at 120 feet, probably suckers. Lake is over 200 feet deep so it's a good question if Burbot are in it, loaded with Kokanee so maybe the Gerrards survived from stockings in the 60's?

Something to do with the frozen suckers
