Just letting you guys know who might be looking for a new trail cam that my wife got me a Wildgame Innovations for christmas and I'd like to point out the fact that it is LOUD.
It is model N8ECA (8 mp) which may be an older model but if newer models are based off the same design it is something to be aware of. Check before you leave the store.
I haven't set it out yet since I don't have a lockable housing built so I can't comment on flash range, picture quality etc. but this thing scares me when the shutter triggers, I hate to see how animals will react.
Definitely not suitable for a bait site and may even deter spooky bucks/bulls from a trail setup. We''ll see.
