I searched everywhere and regulations and could not find an answer to if you can hunt alone without the supervision of someone over the age of 18.I know when using a firearm they have to be accompanied but when hunting with a bow do I still have to be accompanied by an adult while hunting?

If they can not purchase tags, then yes they must be accompanied by the person with the tags

All youth under
18 years of age must be accompanied by an
experienced supervising hunter.

Page 15 of the current regs. Bottom left corner of the youth hunting section.

Hunters under the age of 18 must
be accompanied and closely supervised
while hunting by a person who is 18 years
of age or older and who holds a hunting
licence.

Got this off the regs online, page 8 top left corner.

On a related note, if I buy my kid a junior licence, the one where he can use my tags, can he take my licence and tags and go hunting with my brother?( an over 18 year old licenced hunter)

No, whatever the junior hunter kills goes on the tags of the accompanying adult, not another adult not present when the animal is killed. Your brother would cut his tag, not you, if you are not there and he is.
