Ya I can definately do the bare essentials... Have good backpacking light weight, ultra compact gear.. Might give it a test run in the late spring...

I have had one for a 4 seasons now, great pack, lots of room for day trip, ok for overnight if you pack light! Only issue I have had is all of the pulls on the zippers broke, easy fix is some parachute chord.

I had the 2200 and the superday.. Both great packs. Wound up getting rid of both and going with the eberlestock j34. I just found they weren't big enough to pack anything out, solid enough to carry any real weight, Just werent right for the kind of hiking/hunting i do.
Dont skimp get the right one the first time. Because in the end you will probably wind up upgrading anyway, and spending double the money.

I tried to pull the trigger but, they would not allow me to send to the PO box.

How about a zeiss conquest 3.5-10x44 with the rapid-z 600 reticle. You guys ever use one of those? Not trying to Hi-jack the thread but was thinking about "pulling the trigger" on one of those also. Found a pretty good deal I think for $579

I don't think that is what it was about. They would not ship to an address that is not listed on the credit card.

I pulled the trigger on it...
Whonnock.... I had mine shipped to a different address than what is on my CC... Had no problem at all! Only reason I did that was I didnt want it showing up at home when away on holidays so sent it to a buddies house!
