Michigan 2013

Just finished booking my flight to Michigan for mid October. Going for 1 week and will be bow hunting white tails with Cori from Strother Archery. Is it wrong that I am more excited about this trip than going to Maui in april? Going to have to fling a lot of arrow from now until then.

Ill be a couple hours south of Alpena in Harrisville, that's where my wife's cousin lives.

i know the area. I started bowhunting in Hillman Mich which is 30miles west of alpena when i was 11 in 1980, the hayday of michigan whitetails. yours is a good area. The state had an epidemic of EHD this past summer and they lost a lot of deer. Im sure you will have a great time. good luck and post up after
