I know what it is cause I saw another fella shoot one, one time, and they were calling it a "dish mallard". I knowed it had to be a special duck because his buddies were all laughing and slapping him on the back and saying way to go.

So my cousin told me it's a "ditch mallard" not a "dish mallard" but that don,t make no sense to me. I seen lots of mallards inna ditch and they look just like reglar mallards.
But if you look at this one real close he's a little different. So anyway I decided to make a "dish" out of him. I wrapped chunks in some pork side meat and added chunks of them
hell-yah-pain-yeah peppers and put it on the fire. I fed it to the kin folks and they all say's it's way better than the reglar mallards I been shootin down at the river mouth.
