With all the great info i got from NoahDawg i managed to finish my first Euro Mount! Thank's again Dawg!! :-D Considering this is my first Euro i think it turned out great! It took me a bit longer than expected becuase i had to get the wood to make a plaque . I also tried scoring it for the first time ever and came up with 139 gross 134 2/8 net, definatly not huge but an old warrior with some character!
Here is a before pic:

good job on your first euro, on your next one go to a taxidermist and get a product called soda ash, bring water to a boil then add the soda ash. let sit in the water for a couple hours. pull out and simply shake the antlers and watch the meat fall off..this way you save the nasal bones. then from their its just the little pieces of meat you need to take off. use peroxide to get real white...once again great job
