Ghost sights??

I am purchasing a 1916 Winchester Model 94. It has the standard sights, but due to my advanced age (48) the regular sights are blurred. Someone suggested "Ghost sights", what are they?, does anyone use one? and how are they for obtaining a sight picture? Thanks. Puppy.

www.xssights.com (http://www.xssights.com) have a look, I have a set on my 1895 Marlin and think their great, I have the same eye issue and don't have a problem :lol:
