Looking for a new set of bibs. I want them to be water/windproof, non-insulated, and QUIET! Cabela's and Wholesale have quite a few options but, it's hard to make any decisions without being able to test fit, and touch the actual product. Actually my biggest worry is the quiet factor. Looking for input.
