February is the cutoff the 2nd I believe and the draw is the 17th... I haven't checked in a while though.

I have an invite to hunt Coastal Grizzly if I get drawn.

Happy Hunting!

Bighunterfish,
Different calender year, so I don't know what you are getting at. I know more than one person that has been successful on back to back draws. My fall draw was not one of those once in a lifetime draws. Neither is the area I'll put in for the spring draw.

I put in for the Quesnel Highlands. Getting a tag is turning out to be a once in a lifetime draw!!!

If you got the tag, the bear hunt is almost as difficult.

Strange, I see waaay too many griz for my liking back there.:)

Dana,Didnt you get a fall grizzly draw?

Its okay to get a fall draw and then one for the next spring you just can't get two in the same hunting year.

I find the best way to hunt for grizz is too hunt for something else and when you least expect it they pop out of nowhere.

Would anyone know the LEH region for this picture?it looks to have a high density of nice bears.?

Too many bears (applicants) and too few LEH's for the Treadwell tag. In all reality the bears just had to put in more of an effort during the "open-season".

Just rented this a couple of weeks back.......had not seen it yet.

Pretty sure that pic is in Alaksa, and that 'dude' is Grizzly Man.

He pushed the limits a bit imho.

I got back to back draws last fall and this spring. The fall one was a good tag, the spring was a 1:1 odds.
