Bag limit For Deer Confusing ????

I was reading the regs for the bag limit for the island on page 28 top left page and the way I read it is that you can take in region 1 two antless deer and one buck or two bucks and one doe am I reading this right ???

On the next page 29 for the bag limit for open season it shows as the picture tells only one anterless deer confusing to me or maybe I am having a Seniors moment ..

1 anterless per season, so you could shoot one sept 10, then one on nov 10, if the subregions are different

Thats where you shoot your doe, unless your under 18, then you have more options..
