Skull looks to be somewhat elongated and possibly hydro dynamic. Got me thinking some kind of pinniped??

I've only read your opening post and here I am...
It looks a lot like a raccoon but the teeth are different.

The teeth are cat-like but this isn't a cat.
It does like meat....

Ferret, Skunk????
