What is happening this year regarding HBC Christmas get together ,,what time what day where ??:confused:?? and who will be there.

As always, I am interested in tipping a few with the local HBC'ers...however have not had the time to try to figure out when we can all get together... Since you are no longer in camp Wayne (unlike last year when you were there til the bitter end) I will leave it up to you to decide when and where....

Wayne, I'd just make a date, place, time that works for you and see how it plays out. A guy can go round and round trying to see what everyone wants and if it works for everyone, but the easiest is just to plan it and see how it shakes out IMO.

Only have had a few people respond, so Id just make a plan that works for you and post it up.

Place will be the In the pub at Days inn on the Cranbrook strip Sat Dec 15th at 6pm 2012 ,,if you can only come for a short time because you have other plans thats OK just show up,,,,, bring a few of your pictures from the past and hunting stories with you ,,maybe a few pieces of processed game meat ,,pepperonis ,smokies ,etc to nibble on when we are having a cold one...

Unfortunatly, I wont be able to make it on the 15th as I'll be dumping a limit of Canada's out by Lethbridge for a few days. But look forward to catching up with any of the EK guys over the holidays or winter time! Happy Holidays guys!

Rocksteady asked me to call and see if the Days Inn is not been booked for a Christmas event a couple years ago it was booked for special events in Dec,,will call today and see if its not booked for Sat Dec 15th and let you know latter today.

I called the Days Inn and booked our tables alls good to go for Sat 15 Dec 6pm ,,you have to tell them at the counter my name for seating (Wayne Willman,,, the as* ho*e) is the reservation tale for us members ...
