We like Helly Hansen for keeping the crazy amount of rain off. Mark's Workwearhouse has these navy blue and yellow gloves that are really warm and advert that they are 'waterproof'. They are quiet and really comfy for on quad or sitting in a blind warmly. I was really impressed at how waterproof they really were.

Not enough info given on your quarry, terrain, mode, fitness level / stature, expected time afield, etc, etc.
Are you climbing mountains with a heavy pack? or stepping out of your heated truck to glass a hill for 10 minutes at a time? Etc.

I thought they had window mounts so you don't have to get out!

Yes those mounts are nice, but your bino's keep fogging up in the rain LOL

I've had a lot of success with Sitka. I have the Base layer and usually wear a fleece for the middle or a stanfield's if it's chilly. I wear the Sitka Downpour Jacket on top and i'm good. Never gone home cold or wet.

Stanfield always, ( -10 or more its the onesie with butt flap) wool pants. arcteryx paclight for rain with Mec gortex pants. if your hiking lots you want the most breathable/waterproof you can get(if its raining) wool...

For gloves i find the rubber one side fabric backed ones work the best. great grip and warmish.
