Once was a nice curvy 4x4, this year he's going downhill.. Must be in the 225 lb range in body size.. He's cool just the same..

Looks like he still thinks he is the king of the castle though!! Bark in the brows, and look at those ole scars and cuts on the ears!! Hope he gets to breed one more time! Good pic, pretty close too! Moosin

With the moss growing on his head gear, I'd say he's close to 65

antlers look like hell but not much white on the face since you know he was a 4x4 how long in time do you know of him.bucks with good genetics are good for about 10 or so years in the wild if they don't get picked off.

Take BMI x (0.45 x weight in Kilos), divide that by universal constant of 9.2376. Take the Cosine of that sum, and multiply by a WAG, and then check the teeth.

Not sure. But, it's good to see. I take my hat off to the old guy. He's beaten us all.

He looks fairly old alright but his body still looks OK, no sway back from what one can see in the photo and appears in decent shape.
If he was a typical looking 4x4 last year I'd say that's too much change in one year to be attributed soley to antler regression. Possibly he was ill or injured during the early summer when most of the antler growth occurs, maybe he had a hard winter last year and came through suffering from severer mal-nutrition?

^ Man he looks old in that one. Face all wrinkled up with a case of the jaundice. Probably needs dentures. Has he been a towny his whole life?
