What is the snow level and which is better this time of year and is there any bears still awake

i think they are but, with the abundance of fish in squamish river they do not need to move around much.....and mostly after dark.

Snow level is getting low 1200' maybe a little lower. Get in the snow and hike till you find large tracks or does. Rut is on. Bears are still out

Was it big an brown with a little hat on and an orange sweater holding a platter of burgers if so I've want to shoot that fat one since I was a kid lol

i saw a good one between the squamish and ashlu a couple weeks ago and saw plenty of sign (tracks, half-eaten fish) when i was back there last thursday.
