Wolf hunting

I've heard in the past about a predator or wolf hunting competition happening every winter in B.C. Anyone know of this and who do you contact and what is the date and location?

Which one? There's a few gun/hunting stores that have contest to win rifles. Usually $50 to enter and get a ticket, then every wolf you get, gets you another ticket. Need the skull to verify. Then there's a raffle in April or May.

I don't know about a BC contest, but if there is one, someone here will know about it.

There was one contest for the Island last few years started by Karl Granlund (firearms) in Campbell River.

This contest was in the news this morning on the van sun website with all the usual wolf loving, grizzly bear hugging urbanites voicing their disgust.

Sometimes theres one in fort st john, I don't know if its happening this year.
